Fish “Fit” Tacos

Delicious easy to make Nutritious Fish Tacos Recipe

1 lb of uncooked jumbo shrimp or your choice of white fish
1 reg size Avocado
Chopped Cabbage
Salsa
Hot Sauce
10-12 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Chili Powder
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Cayenne Pepper
Limes
Fresh Cilantro

EGG LIFE “Original Egg-White Wraps” (Any Grocery)

In a large deep frying pan or flat-top grill, drizzle about 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Begin heating on medium high heat. Add shrimp or fish to you glass baking dish are large mixing bowl. Now add olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder and mix in shrimp or fish. Place in a pan or on a hot grill then lower heat to medium and turn when seared on one side, cook until seared on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side). Fish may take more cooking time, up to 12 minutes total.
To serve: Heat egg life wraps 10 seconds in microwave on high then place fish or shrimp on heated tortilla, add cabbage, tomato halves, avocado slices, 1-2 tbsp salsa, and top with squeezed lime.

Makes 6 soft tacos. 2-3 oz. of fish or 3-4 shrimp, 2 thin slices avocado, 4 tomato halves, cabbage, 1 tbsp salsa, lightly sprinkled cilantro on 1 heated “Egg Life” tortilla.
