Ingredients:
Your favorite pizza sauce
- ½ cup Fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh spinach
- Fresh Basil
- Medium tomato sliced
- Small summer squash sliced
- Small zucchini squash sliced
- Broccoli
- ½ of a small eggplant sliced and cut into small pieces
- Peppers (if you like-any kind)
- 8-10 oz. of left over grilled chicken breasts cut into small
- pieces.
- Salt, pepper, olive oil spray, Italian herbs
Instructions:
- Lay crust on the pizza stone or cookie sheet.
- Spread sauce over crust.
- Lay spinach over sauce to cover it.
- Lay tomato slices on top of the spinach.
- Sprinkle the rest of the veggies over the pizza.
- Lay the chicken pieces next.
- Sprinkle the ½ cup of cheese on top of everything.
- Spray with olive oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
- Bake in the oven as directed on the pizza crust package.
