Bodytek Pizza


Your favorite pizza sauce

  • ½ cup Fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh spinach
  • Fresh Basil
  • Medium tomato sliced
  • Small summer squash sliced
  • Small zucchini squash sliced
  • Broccoli
  • ½ of a small eggplant sliced and cut into small pieces
  • Peppers (if you like-any kind)
  • 8-10 oz. of left over grilled chicken breasts cut into small
  • pieces.
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil spray, Italian herbs


  1. Lay crust on the pizza stone or cookie sheet.
  2. Spread sauce over crust.
  3. Lay spinach over sauce to cover it.
  4. Lay tomato slices on top of the spinach.
  5. Sprinkle the rest of the veggies over the pizza.
  6. Lay the chicken pieces next.
  7. Sprinkle the ½ cup of cheese on top of everything.
  8. Spray with olive oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
  9. Bake in the oven as directed on the pizza crust package.
