Simple Eat Right Omelets


4 egg whites
2 tbsp. salsa
2 medium slices of Boar’s Head turkey breast (3 slices for 30 grams protein)


For all omelets use Pam cooking spray in your pan. Just break your egg whites right into the pan and let cook on medium heat until it is almost solid then add your other ingredients. I like to flip my entire omelet over to make sure the egg is done.

These other ingredients can be added:

Leftover London broil from the night before. (This is my personal favorite!)
4oz. adds 33 grams of protein and 5.6 grams of fat
Peppers-1/2 cup chopped adds 3.2 grams of carbs.
Onions- 1 gram-Carbs. /tbsp.
Mushrooms-1/2 cup 1.6 grams of carbs, and .2 grams of fat.
Potatoes- ½ cup diced baked adds 14 grams of carbs.
