Muscle Latte
1 heaping tsp. Instant coffee
1-2 packets Equal or Splenda (to taste)
8 oz. skim milk or Planet Oat Oatmilk (lactose, peanut, and gluten free)
1 scoop of Any plain or vanilla Protein Powder
- First put coffee and equal in a tall glass.
- Add a very small amount of hot water. Stir until the coffee and equal melt into a syrup.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a separate shaker or cup mix protein powder and milk.
- Pour over coffee syrup and ice.
- Stir and enjoy a great iced coffee!
